PREJUDGE

Coach terms

Last updated 11 October 2026. Version 2026-10-11.

1. Who this is between

These coach terms are between Calvin Wormer, the Netherlands, who makes PREJUDGE ("we"), and you, a posing coach with a coach account on coach.prejudge.app ("you"). You accept them when you create your coach account, and we store which version you accepted and when. Our general terms apply as well; where the two differ for coaches, these coach terms win. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.

2. Who can coach

3. Your athletes

4. Keep it to yourself

Do not download, copy, screen record, photograph, share or publish an athlete's videos, photos, voice notes, messages or details outside coaching them in PREJUDGE, unless that athlete agreed to it in writing beforehand. That includes posting them on social media, in a portfolio or in a before and after, and showing them to other athletes. Written agreement can be taken back, and then you stop.

5. Data protection

6. Your feedback and your profile

7. How you treat people

Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual remarks or pressure, towards athletes or anyone else. Athletes can report a message and block a coach; we read every report. Where a report shows a breach of these coach terms we can hide content, pause your account or end it (section 9).

8. Plans and payment

9. Ending it

10. Liability

We build coach mode with care, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of faults. As far as the law allows, our liability towards you is limited to what you paid us for coach mode in the twelve months before the damage, and we are not liable for lost income or lost athletes. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence. You are liable towards us for damage caused by breaking sections 3, 4 or 5, including claims from your athletes.

11. Changes

When these coach terms change, the date and version at the top change with them, and coach.prejudge.app asks you to accept the new version before you carry on. If you do not accept it, you can delete your account; a paid plan is then ended and what is left of it refunded.

12. Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
