How it works
-
Pick your division
Your mandatories load in the order the head judge calls them, with the quarter turns.
-
Pose the round
Prop the phone up and press Start. The voice calls each pose and the clock runs the hold.
-
Watch it back
Turn on Record video and the round is filmed with the pose and the countdown in the video.
Built for prejudging.
New and free for everyone: posing tutorials for Bodybuilding and Classic Physique, by posing coach @emilecyborg95.
Mandatories on the clock
Your division's mandatories and the relaxed round, called in order and held on the clock.
- Comparison rounds: every hold a different length, the odd pose called again (Pro)
- A prep program that builds your holds toward show day (Pro)
- Focus: more time on the poses that need it (Pro)
Filmed rounds, with the overlay
The round is filmed with the pose name, the round and the countdown burned into the video, so you can check every pose when you watch it back.
- Free videos carry a small logo; Pro saves them clean (Pro)
- Jump to any pose in the video, in slow motion (Pro)
- Then and now: the same pose from your first session and your latest (Pro)
Routine to music (Pro)
Load your song. PREJUDGE hears the BPM, draws the waveform and marks the big hits, so the poses land on the drops. Place poses, turns and walks on the timeline, rehearse at practice speed, and export show ready music.
Your log and your shows
Every session kept: time posing, rounds, your longest hold and the pose you skip most. After your show, note your placing and what the judges said.
- The last 7 days free, your whole history with Pro
