Mail support@prejudge.app. It goes to a person, not a queue, and you normally have an answer within a couple of days.
If something went wrong in the app, the fastest route is the app itself: Settings, then Send feedback. That opens a mail draft that already carries the app version, your iOS version and the phone model, which is usually what the answer depends on. You can read it before you send it.
Questions that come up
I paid for Pro, but a new phone shows it locked
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases, with the same Apple Account you bought it with. The app has no login of its own; Apple is what proves the purchase. If it still says nothing was found, check in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions whether the subscription is on that account.
How do I cancel?
iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, PREJUDGE, Cancel subscription. It keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel anything, and a free trial has to be cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the first charge.
The app cannot save a video to Photos
Saving needs permission to add to Photos. If you refused it, the app says so and offers a button to Settings. You can also set it by hand: iPhone Settings, PREJUDGE, Photos, then Add Photos Only or All Photos. Add Photos Only is enough, and it means the app can write a video but cannot read your library.
The camera stays black, or nothing is recorded
Check iPhone Settings, PREJUDGE, and turn Camera and Microphone on. The microphone is what carries your music and the room sound into the video. The timer and the voice work without either, so you can practise even if you leave them off.
Where are my videos and my sessions kept?
On your phone. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account. A video reaches your camera roll only when you save it. Deleting the app deletes everything the app holds, so save what you want to keep first. The privacy policy has the detail.
I have a code
Open the app, then Settings, Pro, Redeem code, and type it in Apple's sheet. A code link sent to you opens the same sheet with the code already in it.
