Coach plans: terms of sale and refunds
These terms of sale apply when a business buys a PREJUDGE coach plan. We are Calvin Wormer, trading as Prototype Coaching, KvK 95470131, Sint Nicolaasstraat 2, 5014 RS Tilburg, the Netherlands.
1. What you buy
A coach plan is a monthly subscription to the PREJUDGE coach software at coach.prejudge.app: your athletes' posing rounds pose by pose, scores and drawings on the frame, homework, check-ins and chat. You buy software for your coaching business. We sell no coaching, training, nutrition or medical services, and nothing is sold through PREJUDGE to your athletes.
The plans, their prices and their limits are on prejudge.app/coaches: monthly, in euro excluding VAT, sold to businesses (a sole trader counts). Free covers one athlete and costs nothing.
2. Who sells it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle takes the payment, charges the VAT for your country, sends the invoice and handles refunds and payment questions. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase. Using the coach software is covered by our coach terms.
3. Renewal and cancelling
- A plan renews every month on the day you bought it, until you cancel it.
- Cancel any time from your account on coach.prejudge.app, or mail support@prejudge.app. Nothing more is charged, and the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- A bigger plan starts at once and you pay the difference for the month; a smaller one starts at your next renewal.
- If a paid plan ends, your athletes are paused for 30 days: you still see everything, they cannot send new rounds or check-ins.
4. Refunds
- Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy. Ask Paddle at paddle.net, or mail support@prejudge.app and we help.
- If the coach software did not work for you for a longer time through our fault, write to us and we refund that part.
- This takes nothing away from rights the law gives you.
